Absolute life saver ! Took the job on at short notice when my boiler died after Christmas. Worked on a Sunday to get me up and running. All work was carried out to a high standard and respected my property leaving everything neat and tidy.

Charlie did an excellent job for us sorting out various plumbing problems with taps and cisterns. He turned up on time, knew what he was doing, was polite and cleaned up after he’d finished. I’d definitely use him again.

Charlie came to our rescue when a washing machine delivered to our son's new house on a Saturday afternoon could not be installed due to a screw through the water outlet pipe and dodgy pipework. Charlie was the first to answer our post on a site recommended by the delivery man. He gave a quote (very reasonable), promised to come first thing Monday and was as good as his word. He replaced all the faulty pipework and cleared up afterwards, not leaving until he was happy the machine was running as it should with no leaks. We contacted Charlie again on 26 March as an electrician installing a new shower had discovered the stopcock had seized. He arranged to come the next day but then rang to say he had had a cancellation for that afternoon. The stopcock was in a really awkward position but he managed to replace it with good humour & skill. He will be servicing the boiler in a few months. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Lovely man, very skilled. A great contact for our son.

I had a problem with my toilet in that the flush broke and water continually poured into the pan. I was looking for an urgent fix and within two hours of my initial call , which was answered promptly, Charlie came out and fixed the problem. I was very pleased and will call plumboz again when Im in need.

Really happy to have found Charlie. He replied to my initial message instantly even though it was a Sunday night. His communication is excellent. He willingly worked out around my own availability to get the plumbing issue fixed ASAP. He went above and beyond, he fixed the immediate problem but also fitted an isolation valve to help prevent the problem reoccurring in the future. I have already asked him to come back when he is next available to service my boiler for me. Good plumbers are gold dust, I feel very blessed to have found one.
