Got PPM in to pull it all out and put a new bathroom in. They've done a really marvelous job of it. They ripped out the old tiles and their moldy grouting and replaced with bright wet-walling. They replaced the rotten floor and put in a new, modern sink, loo and shower. He's reconfigured the layout completely, recovering much of that wasted space. It looks so much bigger.
