He was professional, polite and friendly and went to a great deal of trouble to help us understand how the units work - they provide heat and cooling. I decided almost immediately to hire him to do the work. 3 weeks later he and his employee Jon and a couple of electricians completed most of the work in one day - they were all respectful of property and friendly.
