They installed a new boiler for me in 2023. £3000. I requested a service a year later. I had to change my initial date due to circumstances but I gave around three weeks notice. A date was agreed. Was told pm, 5/11/24. At 4.10pm I received a call from the office saying that engineer was delayed and could I do 6/11. I said no, as I had arranged this day as knew would be home. She said would speak to engineer and call back. Didn't call back, sent message to say "we will try". Engineer messaged "can I do tomorrow". Explained again. Offered apology and a free service. I refused. Wouldn't recommend

I have used RJ Heat on a number of occasions over the last few years and can highly recommend Ryan and his team. They are always efficient and very friendly. Jack came to repair the tap and cistern, arrived on time and completed the job well.
