Have been using Richard for all our plumbing jobs for the last ten years. Always does a great job, in good time for a reasonable price. We’ve had pressurised water systems installed, bathrooms fitted, boiler repairs and additions to our central heating system installed.

I needed a plumber to resolve a shower issue when I couldn’t get hold of the one that I normally use. Richard sorted it out within 24 hours and I’d have no qualms with using him again or with recommending him to others.

I didn't actually have any work done but his customer services was fantastic. I called 3 companies that all said "too busy mate". When i called and explained the issue, he was very helpful over the phone, telling me how to sort my boiler. He then talked me through the process. When I called him back he was only too happy to help! I really respect this as most people would have just said no. I don't think I'm the only person he's helped either as he mentioned I was the third person! If this is the service you get when you don't pay, I would entrust the paying service would be fantastic!
