Chand and his team came round to my Aunt's and stopped a very annoying leak, we were told previously that we needed a boiler change and Chand agreed, he and his team were super efficient and always on time, the price he quoted (which was super competitive, based on ringing around for quotes) was the exact price we paid. My Aunt who is 90 y/o was over the moon and said they were really nice and helpful. 5*'s all round and highly recommend

Called Chand at Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating on behalf of my Aunt (who is 90 years old next week) due to boiler leak. He turned up promptly and after some investigation work he stated the boiler needs replacing and gave us a very competitive quote for next day supply and fit. An amazing guy who was really warm and kind towards my Aunt, and she stated he was a lovely man very courteous. Highly recommend.

I needed a routine gas heating annual service. The company picked up my request immediately - gave me a fixed & fair price & said they could come the same day if it suited me. The engineer was competent, friendly & ready to explain what he was doing to check over the boiler etc. A job well done. Thanks
