After agreeing a quote and date for the job and waiting nearly 6 months for the work to be carried out, they just fell off the face of the earth and we are now having to start the whole process again, just to get a simple driveway and dropped kerb installed. Luckily no money changed hands, but if you want somebody to actually turn up and do the job, this company didn't manage it, nor did they have the decency to get in touch to tell us they wouldn't be turning up - terrible service.
