"Ben responded within 10 minutes of me posting the job at 8pm in the evening and arrived on time as agreed the following afternoon. He quickly identified the problem(s), and using Vaillant parts held in his van, was able to repair the broken boiler within an hour. A great relief to see no dripping and a properly functioning boiler once again. Would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbours ."
