He was able to give us a number of options and we did not feel pressured in any way. We were lucky they were able to do the work a couple of weeks later. They arrived on time and worked solidly both days. Kept us informed of what was happening and explained things clearly. All very approachable and pleasant people and cleaned up afterwards."
