Excellent job removing old floorboards, fitting under-floor insulation, then fitting new sub-floor topped off with engineered wood planks. New skirting boards also fitted along with installation of new TV/Satellite points. Job completed rapidly and to a very high standard. Very happy returning customer!

Karl and his team have done a great job for us removing an unusable conservatory and replacing it with a fantastic, very well built extension. All work has been finished to a high standard, and the team were helpful and courteous throughout. Karl offered very helpful advice during the project both on "building" aspects (e.G. Redesigning how to implement the rainwater drainage from our original plan) and on the interior design such as lighting and custom storage. We are happy to recommend Rowlands Castle Construction and would definitely return for any future requirements.

Karl and his small team performed excellent work. They were friendly, diligent and creative when problems were found. Our architect was terrible and frankly we had to re-design a lot of the job on the fly to overcome the poor work and design they had created. With no help at all from the architect, Karl and the structural engineer collaborated to overcome the issues and deliver a quality job. My wife and I are 100% happy with the work. I would recommend Karl and his team to anyone considering a building project small or large.

Karl and his team were a great bunch of lads. Always happy to change any details during the work being carried out and also suggesting great ideas themselves. The really good thing is that Karl would also tell you how it is! If your own idea wouldn't work out or if it would look stupid, he'd tell you and advise of a better alternative! We had other people come round for quotes for the job, Karl was the only person to make great suggestions and also advise of matters which we hadn't even thought of or weren't even aware of. Always kept us up to date through the build and helped wherever he could.

Karl and the team did a great job on building the kitchen extension - a project I'd put off for ages knowing it would be stressful and messy! The project was completed on time and to an excellent standard.

We provided feedback in January 2013 when the restoration work on our cottage was under way. The work is now complete and we are very happy with the results thanks to Karl and his team. In addition Karl has also completed the renovation of the bathroom and the construction of a new Oak Porch. We have had several enquiries from people on who provided the Porch and each time we have been happy to give people Karl’s contact details. I would have no hesitation in recommending Karl for the work he has undertaken for us.

All work done on time, communications were efficient using text, phone and email. There were a few snags which were quickly remedied after contacting Karl. Very pleased with the service and would recommend him.

Our old cottage was flooded in June 2012 which resulted in the ground floor needing to be completely stripped. Karl and his team had done work for us previously so we were keen to have him involved again. Karl has been supportive through the whole process from initial strip out of the property, winning the restoration work through open tender, investigations into problem discovered after the strip out and fixing them. The restoration work has now commenced and we are very happy with the progress and the quality of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Karl for this type of work.
