Darren responded quickly at first (mid Nov '24) when we asked for a job to be priced up. Originally, we had asked for a quote for a bigger job (creating doorway into attached garage) & also chose a composite front door on 27th November 2024. We chased this up on 31st December & said we'd changed our mind about the about other works & and settled 'only' on a new composite front door and side panel, Darren replied to say he had the door sorted & would send us a picture of it. By 3rd Feb '25 we hadn't heard anything, so I sent a text to ask for a fitting date, there has been no reply at all.
