The plumber arrived promptly to assess the problem. Unfortunately I assume due to the low value of the repair he never returned to complete the job. He kept saying he will try to come, but never did. I wasted 4 evenings waiting for him to turn up, at the end I used a different company
Polite, professional and tidy. The job was done to high standards. Bathroom left in better state than it was originally.
