Stoyko has completely transformed our old, ugly and outdated bathroom into a beautiful, magazine-like space! He is incredibly hard-working and resourceful; we live in a wonky C17 house and nothing was ever a challenge or issue for him. We even added a few last minute tasks to the initial project as the works developed and he accommodated them happily. We had a minor issue after the works were finished, as expected in such a big project in an old building, and he came back immediately to sort them out. I was so worried about employing someone to fit a cloakroom toilet that’s why I went to Checkatrade. I had a reply from SD Bathroom Solutions straight away and the gentleman came and had a look, he was so nice and put me at ease. I excepted his quote which was very reasonable and as it was an urgent job he did it the next day. He was so efficient, clean tidy and fast. Would highly recommend him and definitely use him again if needed.

Change bathroom suite job Requested a full bathroom refurb but didn't include painting. A couple of pounds added to price as unforeseen jobs were needed. Added a few jobs like changing to folding doors and connecting water softener. Had to call twice as pipes for bwt water softener caused leaking and flood to even electrics under sink that looks very untidy and a hazard. The second call he fully turned the green knob of the water softener so water won't pass through the bwt. And no leaking lol. We noticed just right after he visited and 'fixed leaks' that limescale was building up everywhere, water was hard and different. I noticed him fully turning that green knob so water won't be softened on his last visit- explaining why water wasn't softened and salt doesn't melt at all. Bifold doors were literally fitted on places we instructed but was wondering why he asked for hinges. He didn't put all folding doors on its designated tracks and just put hinges. Easier for him to do. All door frames untouch or just left unfixed at all so old spaces where old door latches where very visible. We just needed someone to do the job earlier so we hired him. Lesson, everything that needs to be done should be in detail as things we thought were covered is an add on to agreed price. A week's job ended up a few more days into the job due to delays of delivery and other few jobs agreed on the same time frame apart from ours. Still a good job. Bathroom Stoyko was extremely professional,clean,tidy,well mannered. His work was to install a new bathroom including a walk in shower and everything is perfect. I would highly recommend him and his company. In fact he carried out extra work for us then was originally quoted. Thank you Stoyko from a very happy customer.
