Met Co rep, accepted a quote which was quite expensive but we assumed would be reflected in the job. Wanted existing lawn and patio replaced nothing fancy. Team were polite and on time but couldn't speak any English so communication was difficult. No machinery was used throughout work which was surprising. Ground not flattened properly before new turf laid so now we have a lumpy and patchy lawn, looks dreadful! Also issues with patio border (broken up) and gravel fallen through into neighbours garden. Asked Co to rectify, not been done.
