Simon was brilliant as he wouldn't give up and his persistence resulted in the plug being replaced. He was so calm and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up afterwards and left it spotless. I would certainly use him again."

Simon was very quick to make contact and give a quote. He turned up on the day and was punctual. He was very friendly and good humoured even when the job was more challenging than anticipated. He was very tidy and respectful around the house. I would definitely recommend Simon to anyone and will continue to have Simon in for any future plumbing jobs.
