I am totally discussed with the quality of the job and workmanship and tried on numerous occasions to contact them regarding coming back to fully finish the job but nobody came round. They were paid for the job but received no invoice to prove that it was paid. All I have is the initial quote and proof of bank transfer. I don’t recommend this company to other people.

After positing my original complaint, Stephen from SJL Home Improvement contacted me and has subsequently come back and completed the repairs to the ridging, repointing the sides of the ridging sealing the gaps. The work has been completed to a high standard

I employed James from Royal roofing and home improvements on the 21/1/21, He and Steven Lock from SJL home improvement began work a few days later. Total cost was to be £7000, but ended up costing £9000 for work which I later found out was not needed. I was left with a roof that still leaked, blocked downpies, 12 broken tiles, broken chimney vent and unsecured ridge tiles and capping that wasn,t fixed properly. I tried to contact contractors on all media and got no responses. I have since employed a roofer that has fixed these problems.
