Not impressed , turned out to be a huge mistake hiring them , supposed to put a new roof on my workshop. first rain there was more water inside the workshop than outside, I reported this to them, they turned up with a caulking gun and a couple of tiny tins of paint to repair a brand new roof Sorry but this turned out to be a huge waste of time with more damage to my property , I have left emails asking them to come and collect their roof but so far ignored .I would not recommend them

Arranged for a home visit to replace my driveway for Monday 5 August. Joseph, the surveyor phoned to rearrange for Monday 12 August at 1100. By 1145 no sign of Joseph and no information from the company. I was eventually contacted when I complained on their website but no reason for Joseph not attending. A morning of my time wasted. Absolutely unprofessional attitude. I would never contact this Company again due to their appalling customer service. Thankfully, there are other Company's who do this work and who are professional with good customer service.

During conversations about trade jobs that need doing people ask, "Who Do You Trust ? ". Well the answer, from our experience, is Britannia Home Improvements LTD. Every member of the team from the owner to the complete workforce couldn't have been more polite, helpful and reassuring. We are absolutely *delighted* with every aspect of the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are so genuine and go above and beyond!

Felix and his team were extremely polite, punctual, hard working, tidy and kept us informed at each stage of the work. It was clear from the start Felix was confident as to the standard of work they would provide and is determined to make his customers happy. Very pleased with our patio, looks great after a very wet winter.
The roof work completed but no cleanliness, even the plants growing on the chimney were not cleared, even though I was promised that there is guarantee for the work, when I asked them, I felt the other way. I would not recommend them.

Regarding the job in question, our team completed the roof work with high standards, including repointing and lead flashing both chimneys. Unfortunately, it appears that the clearing and weeding of plants were not adequately addressed. We are actively working to rectify this oversight to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction. From start to finish Felix and the other guys were excellent. Started and finished the work on time. I added some changes and they were carried out no problem. I would definitely recommend.
