Highlights

"Excellent work but offered to upgrade the system with a larger inverter plus a battery. Offered to refund the difference in cost of the faulty inverter when they received the replacement from the manufacturer. I have not received a refund against the invoice that I have paid. I have phoned the sales person, sent emails and finally a letter to the company but these have been ignored and I haven't received a refund!"

"Prior to starting work I was kept fully informed with the date of scaffolding and installation. Solar Echo arrived at the agreed time. Two roofers made a start on installing the fixings followed by the solar panels. Ross and his colleague started installation of the inverter, battery storage, energy meter and cabling. The work was completed to a high standard, equipment neatly installed and waste materials were removed. By the afternoon my system was up and running and I am delighted with the installation. I highly recommend Solar Echo to supply and install a solar panel and battery system."
