"From the initial phone call the customer service was superb. Went out of there way to be helpful with times etc. The driver arrived as agreed what a polite helpful gentleman. The best service I have ever received for a septic tank empty. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and to recommend them. Brilliant."

"Fantastic! Arrived at 10.15 and for a “mid-morning slot” I think that it pretty good! Richard couldn't have been more helpful. He knew his stuff, revealing another chamber we had forgotten about because the manhole cover was hidden under weeds. He ‘did the job’ and explained all about our system. A really nice guy who worked efficiently – nothing was too much trouble. Would absolutely recommend this company and we will be using again."

"Tanker arrived 30 minutes early. Job entailed running a large pipe through our terraced house and into the back garden. This was too tricky for one man to do alone without damaging the hallway. I offered to help. But I am nearly 70 and although strong I could hardly keep up with the speed he pulled the pipe, and when asked to carry 2 pipes on the way back, I had to decline. The job was completed well, but I wouldn’t ask them to do a similar job again."
