Guttering re lined and cleaned out all joins re sealed And shed roof re felted I got referred to sovereign from a friend of mine I had a bad leak on my gutter and thought It needed changing I had other tradesman quote me all between 1000 and 1200 But Robert showed me it was just not running correctly so they re lined all of my gutter and re sealed it all and change two joiners and several clips For £200 They even cleaned my facia and soffit for free I also had some blown of felt on my shed roof and when I asked them if they could sort it for me They got straight on to it and re patched it in with new felt Over all I’m very happy with sovereign they are very knowledgeable and fair would definitely have them back again

New Zink and tile replacement Robert Friend and called Jo. I paid their asking price for a small job in the roof valley to replace lead approx 2m long. wants to create more work rather than solutions and it is probably to do with inexperienced and unprofessional. It was straightforward leaking in the valley. Luckily I took photos, and videos before they started work of the job they were carrying out. left rubbish mortar on the floor. Temperament causes more damage by pouring leftover cement mortar down the gutter pipe and Tiles. Initially told me 15 years of guarantee which is why I chose this contractor but that's not true and can't give the guarantee and I won't invite them again anymore. Refuses to provide an invoice. I am sorry, never used my job's side for tradesman but never again. I also forgot to check the review which is my fault. Answer from tradesperson: Hi I’m sorry you feel this way but you have your invoice you have your invoice on email and I can prove That if there’s leftover rubbish then you should have told us and I would come back and remove it it was late when we left we got there at 10 am and left at 5 pm when it was dark We installed a new lead valley for you and even done extra work for free When you are saying about mortar in the down pipe it has probably leaked from the valley into the guttering after we left As it was raining last night I can’t make everyone happy and your just upset that you had to pay even your tenants Said that you are not a nice guy and try to get everything for free But anyway you have your invoice and guarentee I will be disputing this with my builder as I have photos and videos of before and after the work And photos of invoice and everything else Sorry you feel this way but guarantee stands good luck in the future Reply created 23 Jan 2024
