Spence & Oldham Architects are a small practice based in Manchester, specialising in private domestic / residential projects, from small home extensions to new-build houses. Led by two directors and accredited Architects, Joseph (Spence) and Greg (Oldham) combine their many years of experience with a friendly and professional approach to guide our clients through the process of building, from deciding on a brief and handling planning applications, right through to handover of the project on site.
