Very professional, and very efficient in terms of quoting and booking in the work with their emails updates and live tracking of engineers. The work was carried out to a very high standard the engineer being very polite taking care in my home. Handover once the work was complete was great. Would recommend.
Sadly they haven't taken ownership for remedial action for a leak we've had from our shower on a bathroom they installed. They were one of the more expensive companies we went to for quotes and we went ahead so as to ensure a quality job with no issues. There were a couple of issues (some always to be expected) but the recent leak we've had and non subsequent rectification of this has been hugely frustrating and disappointing.
