His quote was competitive and being a one-man band, was very good at letting us know availability and what work was going to happen when. He’s a very friendly worker so easy to talk to if you have any questions. Highly recommend him."

"Harvey talked me through carrying out a diagnostic test, so I could identify the problem, and came up with really helpful suggestions. He was patient, talking me through the steps I needed to take, and phoned back with further advice (something I wasn’t expecting).
