"Mike and his team started this about 2 weeks before lockdown, and we moved out, which put obvious challenges in the way in terms of face-to-face communication and also certainty of supply / timescales etc. But they still took on board all our requirements and dealt with a few unexpected issues fairly, professionally and clearly. I'm delighted with the end product - workmanship throughout is beyond what I ever hoped for. Even with just a few small things outstanding (mainly due to covid-related supply delays) Mike is still happy to work with us to get the last few bits done, with no..."
