Co provided me with an estimate more than the amount of £245.00. I rejected this estimate. Co sent me a list of the items I wanted cleaned. Included was the floors and the items in yellow& steam clean of the sofa. Co gave me new estimate £120.00. The only additions was to fold the sheets and put them in the cellar. Lock the door. Any company I have used would take out the rubbish as part of a clean. You called me when I was on the way to the airport in the car. You told me that there would be a small additional charge no amt agreed or given. I did not agree to an additional £115.00.
