Change of laminate floor I am absolutely disgusted for the unprofessional job that I have received from Gavin. He started the work in my flat in mid October, after a week he asked for all the amount in the quote claiming that he would come back for finishing last bits of skirtings and decor not only he didn’t show up but first he started with telling us that the van was broken, he would promise to come a day but he would never show up, he costed me doggy day care for my dog and day off work, only for this I have lost over £200 now I had to ask a quote to someone else to finish the job that I already pay to this unprofessional child (because that’s what I think of him) for a total of almost £400. My building website was completely useless too as they cannot even message this dishonest person to finish the job, and now I had to call citizens advisor and open a claim. Seriously what a bad experience!!!

Small IKEA kitchen Worktop and other fittings. Gavin made a very nice job of a small kitchen installation. I can’t fault his workmanship.

Laminate floor fitting I would highly recommend Gavin to complete any given job! He is very professional, accommodating and always with a smile on the face to explain every aspect of the job he is doing. Gavin fitted laminate flooring throughout the flat, LVT in our kitchen and new skirtings boards in the flat and the job was done to a very high standard. I would definitely use Gavin again for any jobs needed around my flat.

New doors and skirtings On meeting Gavin my first impressions were on how polite he was and made myself relaxed on discussing the work I required. Gavin was professional in going through all aspects of the work required and what the process would be . Gavin sent his quote to me the following day with a breakdown on everything on which I was very happy to except. From start to finish Gavin was a pleasure to have doing the work and was so obliging and helpful after I ordered the wrong doors . No problem as Gavin took control of the situation and in no time had the proper doors ordered and problem solved . Gavin spent 3 days on my job and was professional and friendly at all times he revamped my living room and kitchen and I was delighted with the price and the finished product. I would recommend Gavin to anyone looking for a friendly and professional joiner his finishing work is excellent and nothing was a problem for him . First Class Cheers Gavin 👌

Replacement doors Gavin is a very professional tradesmen his joinery skills are second to none he did a fantastic job fitting 3, 5 panel oak internal doors and never left a spot of dirt or dust will certainly use him again and will happily recommend him to family and friends.
