"Charlie came out to us on Saturday afternoon to assess the problem- no heating nor hot water. It didn’t take him long to ascertain that the electrical circuit in the boiler had burnt out. He discussed with us various options which he confirmed by email that evening.He started the work on the Monday and the first day he didn’t finish until after 7pm! "My 25+ year old boiler finally gave up a week ago. Charlie was with me within an hour from me calling him, and did a temporary repair. The boiler was having none of it so the next day I decided to replace the boiler. Charlie rearranged his work schedule and installed a brand new boiler within 4 days. He lent me a room heater until he could start so I wouldn't freeze. The weather was the coldest this year... freezing. He was on time, tidy, courteous and the job was done within two and a half days.
