“We discovered that drains were blocked at about 4pm, called the company who confirmed they could help, however, it would be out of hours, after completion of another two jobs. Mark called at about 8pm to ask for detailed directions and arrived 20 minutes later. He was extremely courteous (even at the end of a 12+ hour day for him!), efficient and competent. He had also turned up with the right equipment and fixed the problem within a very short time. The cost was appropriate and proportionate. We highly recommend this company.”
