After a satisfied boiler service (arranged by YOUR REPAIR we have insurance with them), we decided to use DC group for the Power flush service to clean out our entire heating system. We received a competitive quote from the company and they did a wonderful job. Very professional, clean after the job was done and our heaters are heating up at a fraction of the time it took for them to heat up before the power flush. We will save so much in heating bills in the future.

I had a new boiler installed. DC provided me with good technical assessment about various models/systems prior to choosing the right boiler and completed the work cleanly and professionally. All relevant documentation were provided promptly.

Another energy supply company bodged the installation the smart gas meter in December 2023. Not only did the meter turn out to be dumb, a fault which persists, but the connection from the (external) meter to my home's pipework has leaked gas for seven months, resulting in Cadent shutting off the gas supply in July 2024. Dee from the DC Group immediately identified the problem as poor workmanship, and he and his apprentice rectified this with the installation of new pipework to replace the attempted joining of two bits of pipe. He explained everything throughout, checked and double checked his work and demonstrated confident competence based on deep knowledge and wide experience. Communication throughout was excellent.

I have been using DC Group for our boiler services for the past 2 years now.
