Promised the world but doesn't deliver! We were told initially a 2-4 day job, then he was late starting so it went down to a 1-2 day job. After 4 weeks of work he still hasn’t finished the job and has had to remake several aspects as work was so poor. We have had to sack him & get alternative carpenters in to rectify the mess at our expense. Wardrobes were not actually fitted to the walls, poor finishes throughout, shortcuts, poor technical abilities but also general unreliability & not turning up/being hours late. Poor workmanship. Avoid at all costs!

Spencer was great in responding to our brief and designing floating shelves and a fitted cabinet. We had a tricky alcove that wasn't being utilised and Spencer was really helpful in coming up with solutions for fitted storage. He was flexible and professional throughout the whole process and produced work of a fantastic standard. Really pleased with the outcome!

Spencer was really good at understanding the brief and coming up with a simple and elegant shelving unit that can be easily removed if access to the plumbing is required. Although not a big job by any means, impressed with the time and consideration he gave to it.
