KA Contractors they do very good job for my refurbishment. The team, very friendly always come on time. Work is strong quality you can see detail is careful. If problem come, they fix fast, no stress. I am very happy with the result, look like new place I recommend them, ja, very good company
I have retained Kay Electrical several times, in several properties, for various jobs from the simple to the complex. Each time they have remedied the issue where others before them have failed. All members of the team have been professional and polite and they, and their management, have been a pleasure to deal with. I have used many electricians over the years and Kay Electrical is the only company I would recommend wholeheartedly.

The service from Kay Electrical has been the best I have come across in 30 years of working in the building industry. Their level of expertise is amazing and always find a way to tackle any issue you may be faced in the electrical sector. They have carried out numerous rewire's of domestic houses/flats and also commercial premises for me and have installed fire alarms and emergency lighting in common parts of blocks of flats/hmos. No job is too big for them and their professionalism is very hard to come by nowadays. I will continue to use their services and would highly recommend!

We have used Kay Electrical & Security Limited for several years now, including PAT Testing, Emergency Lights Testing, Alarm Testing, EICR Testing and various electrical jbs at our offices. We find them prompt, efficient, friendly, professional and helpful. We have never had a single problem with them and would recommend.

At first, I was hesitant to use Kamal and Vadim for my bathroom renovation, but I am so glad I decided to go ahead with them. The quality of their work has been absolutely outstanding. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a perfect finish truly impressed me. Since then, I have used them for two further properties, and I can confidently say I will only use Kamal and Vadim for all my future maintenance and building works. They are reliable, hardworking, and genuinely take pride in their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough – an excellent team who deliver excellent results. Mohammed fixed my leak, talked me through what he was doing, so friendly and personable and everything done very smoothly and thoroughly. I was very anxious about the leak from my toilet but KA contractors sent someone quickly. It was a very pleasant experience and gave me great peace of mind.
First class service all the way. I called on Friday about a blocked sink and spoke with Kamal, who was professional and understanding. On Saturday Mohammad attended my flat to fix the problem. The problem was bigger than anticipated but Mohammad did not miss a beat and figured a way to resolve the issue. Mohammad and his colleague worked hard to unblock my sink. My sink blockage was fixed on the same day. Thank you to all staff at KA contractors. Will definitely recommend.
I required two boilers to be replaced however when Kamal turned up he found a way of repair them saving me thousands. Thank you so much Kamal & Co
