"We had a boiler that was making a horrible noise, probably as a result of us failing to get it serviced since we had it installed 8 years ago! Kris explained how they would approach sorting it out over the phone, then Kye came as scheduled the next day and serviced/repaired the boiler. He also discovered that our gas pressure was down and organised for the gas suppliers to come and replace a part on their side of the meter which they did within a couple of hours. Brilliant service, excellent communication and a wonderfully quiet boiler - highly recommended!"

"In addition to above, one radiator was repositioned and another replaced. Kris and his team are brilliant. They provided a reasonable quote and were able to start the work quickly. Kris was very informative and was good at explaining issues and options along the way, giving me time to make up my mind. The work has been completed to a high standard and I felt comfortable with Kris and the team in the house - very trust worthy and good at their job!"
