Following on from my previous review. I had to eventually do a bank chargeback for the £50 he owed me due to him not coming back to repair my dishwasher. He said he’d issue the refund but didn’t and he ignored my messages requesting the refund.
From our description of what was happening with our tumble dryer, Darren contacted us with a clear plan of what he thought was wrong and how much the part and work would be. We accepted. He came, he delivered, but the new part seemed to be faulty also. His plan then was to order a replacement and return to fit it and only pay half of what the job was worth on his first visit and the remainder on his second. All good after his second visit too the following week.
