Steve is an absolute legend! Honestly the best of the best. I called asking for some help with my boiler, he showed up on time, very friendly, had a nice chat, fixed it all and the job was done. That’s how things should be, punctual, simple and honest. Steve has been servicing my boiler for just over 5 years now and today I had a different issue with it which Steve sorted out at very short notice and made sure things were working as they should be. Very lucky to know you mate and thank you again for your time today.

Steve from ‘TLS’ came to our office as promised 08:30 as promised on the morning of 5th January 2026. He was very pleasant and courteous. He replaced the waste system, a mixer tap and installed a ‘stop-cock’ in our office, as we previously had to shut the water off via a valve in the pavement outside our office. Overall, we were very satisfied with the standard of Steve’s work, and would therefore not hesitate to recommend his services.

Have used Steve before and again can't recommend him highly enough. This time he installed a new radiator. Very friendy, trustworthy guy and even liked my bonkers bathroom. Seriously, he's brilliant.

Very helpful and prompt in solving what luckily was a simple fix. Then offered to help with another minor issue free of charge.

I texted Steve on a Sunday evening and he texted early on the Monday, and confirmed he could come same day, clearly explained his fees, and gave me a time slot. I asked him to notify me when he was on his way as I work from home, he did this and arrived promptly. He was friendly and polite, expertly fixed our two blocked sinks, and explained why it had happened and how to avoid / fix it in future. Am very glad I looked at reviews on this site and contacted Steve - would recommend him and will ask him back for other jobs as and when needed.

What a nice chap Steve is. We have only just moved to the area and he is the third plumber we have tried - we don't need to look any further as Steve will be contacted by us for all our plumbing problems. Really nice to feel like a customer rather than a cash cow! The work was good too!

Excellent service. I called Steve on Friday about replacing some isolation valves in the bathroom, and he was able to book me in for Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would, and carried out the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definately recommend him, and will call him again for future plumbing jobs.
