At first, he appeared very professional, and came and did the service. He recommended fitting some filters and tidying up the pipework, and said he would quote me. He never got back, so I rang, several times, and was told each time the quote would come. It never did, and neither did the paperwork for the service; so, a few months later I rang again and he arranged with me to come back today to do another quotation but did not show up at all. I am still waiting for the paperwork for the service, too.

My boiler works again. ?? Anwar fixed the pilot light very efficiently and with care. He explained what he was doing and when servicing it, he gave me plenty of info and advice. I have to say I was thrilled with the work done. The cost was very fair and I would certainly recommend him and his business. Thank you Anwar.
