Close to zero understanding or communication with the customer,some work started and has to be finalised by other company. Went 10 days over the agreed time limit,had to take house keys back as they wanted to come for more days. Poor quality work,from painting,laminate etc. Starting new work in the house without finishing previous one. On one morning one worker was under influence of alcohol. On the top of that they have lost parking permit provided by customer. After coming back home realised some painting tools were missing. Wrong trade,wrong people.
Did not cut down the trees properly. Damaged the shed during cutting. Did not remove the tree waste saying will do it later. Tree waste lying in the garden for 2 months. Damage to shed not properly repaired. Had to pay another company remove tree waste, Shoddy workmanship. Should never be allowed to work in any capacity.
