On 30 April I paid 50% deposit (£6200) for work on the external maintenance on a building on 5 July.I rang Dan Shanahan on 24 July to confirm the date and said he would get back the next day.He didn't and then said he would get back over the weekend 26/27 July but didn't.Growing concerned, I checked his company on Companies House, which showed there was an Active proposal to strike off suspended.My wife and I rang him at 20:30 on 27 July and put these concerns to him, to which he replied to my wife with foul language.
Work completed on time and most importantly on budget
The work and team were very good. I would highly recommend Dan and his team
