“Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.”

“after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.”
“I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues”

They did a really good job of repairing/replacing a badly damaged portion of guttering. They arrived when they said they would and left no mess. What more could you want?
Rang 1st Call Roofing on 24 August 2020 for a minor, but necessary, roof repair and they called the next day as promised. They did the job with minimum fuss despite Storm Francis. They were punctual and professional and I thoroughly recommend them. I'm keeping their card for any future roofing issues. Thanks guys!
Good initial response and aimed to diagnose the leaking roof promptly and with a good level of experience. Once solution was agreed work was completed quickly and professionally.

Rob repaired, replaced and cleaned our guttering. Did a great job, quickly at a very reasonable rate. We are delighted.
We had used 1st Call for a minor roof repair on our own house, which was successful, and with no fuss. So, when my Mum's roof needed a more major repair, 1st Call were easily first choice. They were very quick to set up, and complete the task, all within 10 days if the initial call. We had explanations and photographs at each stage of the job. Very thorough, and the roof looks as good as new. Good job.
