“This positive review is entirely down to the dedication and persistence of ONE man sent to do the job of three! A marathon 4.5 hours of extremely hard labour clearing densely compacted undergrowth along with tree branches, stumps, rubble, wood, guttering and roofing debris. He did an amazing job virtually clearing all of it before the light failed. I can only apologise that the job turned out to be more challenging than expected but I honestly didn't know the full extent of what was under there but that didn't put him off! First class service. Thank you.”

I had used 2nd Chances to remove some building waste before, so when I accumulated a number of broken electrical devices I called them again. They kept me updated at all stages of the job and it took them a few minutes to remove all the items from the property upon arrival. All staff involved were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used this company several times before and have been pleased with their prompt service. They have become my “go to” company whenever I need reliable gardening/household clearance.
the property was being cleaned, prior to sale, and the cleaners discovered quite a lot of 'stuff' that had been discarded in under-eaves cupboards. I contacted 2nd Chance to ask them to remove this stuff. They needed to collect the key and then return it [to the agent] having removed the 'stuff'. They were thoughtful and good communicators and efficient. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them.
