When he started the job he found a couple of underlying issues that made the work significantly more complicated than we (or he) had anticipated. He clearly explained the choice we faced and the additional cost. When something else went wrong, he was gracious and didn't charge us to make another visit to sort it out. Mal is chatty, and we genuinely enjoyed meeting him."
