"Robert was a very polite, pleasant and punctual admin/manager. Alan - an experienced and friendly builder. We are generally satisfied with the job. The only problem we had was the lack of people and therefore the project took much more than 3 weeks as planned. Also we didn’t have much help with design/layout. Luckily our bathroom is small and on the end it all worked out well. A few minor things could have been done better (maybe also due to lack of skilled builders, most of the time there was only one person), but as a whole it was done well enough. We supplied our own materials and units."
