Extremely bad experience, on first day he turned the defrost timer and it started working. Didn’t carried out any other checks. After two days it stopped working again so I called him multiple times and then he said defrost timer is gone and he will order new one. After week he came back to house to fit new timer just to find out that he ordered wrong one. Then I started looking for timer on net and after checking with him I ordered new timer. Again after multiple chasing his colleague came and fitted new one, but that’s not working either.Now he is saying the control board is gone,timer is ok

The job is still not finished

The contractor was very friendly and repaired the cooker very quickly and the total cost was reasonable. I would use their services again overall very helpful.
