Helpful advice given and thorough investigation of the problem done prior to quoting. Work was delayed by bad weather but Mark kept in regular touch and didnt start the work until there was going to be a long enough dry spell for the masonry coating to properly dry. The new flashing looks very tidy and a broken tile causing a leak at back of house was also identified and repaired.

After contacting two roofers on Checkatrade who turned out to be cowboys, this firm came and looked at my problem, correctly diagnosed that it was not a roofing problem (it was the wall plaster) and then helped me find a responsible plasterer. All for no cost although he had spent considerable time helping me. He is a very honest tradesman (unlike the others I have contacted through checkatrade)
