“I can't speak highly enough of Nathan and his team They handled a difficult and delicate situation with complete professionalism from start to finish and quite frankly worked miracles. The Communication was excellent as well and they were not as costly as som otheers who quoted I am a Relocation Consultant and so help my clients engage cleaners when they leave their rentals so I have a "little black book of cleaners" - I will be throwing that away and going to Nathan every time from now on Definitely recommend 100%”

Initially when contacting the company they text with the list of services available and the amount. Communication was helpful up until the day the work was carried out. None of the work that was discussed was done and when I asked for an invoice and receipt they didn’t provide one, they would only take cash. Afterwards I tried to escalate the problem but ended up with abuse and a refusal of the work to be redone or partial refund
Missed side skirts, lamp shades not even wiped or touched, door corners. Lower parts of the wall not even wiped. Cobwebs laying in some rooms . Disappointed. Dog hair left behind the wash basin and the comet.
