“We needed a full roof replacement for our 50+ year old house. Dale came round and quoted for new tiles and a breathable membrane. Scaffolding was put up quickly and the team arrived a week earlier than discussed. The work was carried out over the week and the team were friendly and hardworking. The roof looks good with the replacement tiles. It’s been a few weeks since the roof was replaced and no issues at all. I would recommend A-List Roofing.”

We were extremely satisfied with Dale and his team at A-List Roofing. After various disappointing experiences with other traders, we found Dale’s crew to be prompt, professional, and reliable. They set clear dates, handled unexpected issues, and kept us informed throughout, delivering quality work that noticeably improved our home’s energy efficiency and appearance. Neighbours have already asked for Dale's contact details after seeing our renovated roof. The team also fixed previous kitchen roof problems. They restored our quality of our home and my faith in traders.

I highly recommend A-List, the team did fantastic work and made the whole experience stress free. A-List provided a competitive quote, were very responsive, followed through with all their communication. Dale also followed up (but at no point was pushy) when I was working with the insurance company to get my claim approved, and once I was ready to move forward with the job, his team were available to complete the job quickly. Photos speak for themselves and can’t thank them enough for the quality work completed!

Contacted within 1 hour of Job being put on their website and came round that afternoon to give a quote. They managed to fit us in a day earlier than planned. They arrived on time and the boys did a very good job of putting our tiles back on properly. I would Highly recommend A-List roofing and Refurbishments.
A-List have done a great job on replacing our pitched roof. There were some unforeseen challenges along the way, but Dale, Conor & the entire team were professional, helpful & accommodating throughout.
Dale and the team were amazing. From the first meeting to completion everything was professionally handled. I initially requested repointing of my chimney’s and then discovered the roof was in a terrible state. I was given visuals and my neighbour was invited up to see for themselves. The job was completed with minimum fuss and every day was left clean and tidy. I am very happy with the result. My neighbour also did theirs at the same time, saving on scaffolding costs. The house was then completely painted and looks great. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend;y recommend.
