A very polite and helpful man, Anthony, came to review the work. He said he would send quotation within a few days. He was reminded of this when no quote was forthcoming. He then said he would do it that day. Nothing ever came. If you don't want to do a job guys, just say . Instead we had to wait for a quote which was never going to appear and hold up other tradesmen who had bothered to quote.
