“Was awoken by water coming through bathroom ceiling, this was down to a tear in the felt of the outside roof. Logged job on Checkatrade and within 15 minutes Andy called and same day was out to investigate. Gave us 2 options for the repair work and talked us through both and we decided to have the whole rear roof replaced due to age. Great communication throughout and kept us notified at each stage. Would highly recommend”
