Lead flashing /porch roof repaired
Al Bespoke limited repaired porch roof and replaced the lead flashing to an excellent standard. We had previously had the lead flashing repaired by another roofer .However it was still leaking water into the porch during heavy rainfall.With buckets having to be used to collect the water. We contacted Mike after a recommendation. The lead flashing had been done to excellent industry standards and we haven’t had any leakage .The work was carried out in October and it is now May. I would use the company again they were reliable and carried out good workmanship Thankyou

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
A1 Bespoke Ltd recently carried out work on our chimneys and roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the outset, their communication was excellent – clear, prompt, and professional. Mike conducted a very thorough estimate, complete with detailed photographs that helped me fully understand the scope of the work. The job itself was completed to a very high standard. Mike and his team of roofers were polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Excellent Service
A1 Bespoke carried out a repair on the valley of our roof and the service they provided was friendly, helpful and prompt, as were the scaffolders that A1 provided. The site was cleaned up afterwards and we were very satisfied.

Excellent Workmanship
A1 Bespoke provided me with a new rubber flat roof to my garage. The work was undertaken as agreed and to budget. Mike and the team on site were very helpful and responded well to any queries raised. They were very courteous. The quality of the workmanship and the way the site was left in a tidy state afterwards was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose A1 Bespoke again, should the need arise. My only negative comment would be a lack of advance notice of the work commencing. It would have been helpful if they had been able to let me know the day before or at least when they were on the way. I raised this with Mike and he explained that he had to make very fast decisions in the morning, having looked at the latest weather forecast and on what job he will attempt to do. Because of this he leaves it as late as possible to decide. I should say I was aware that they were due to start as soon as the weather and progress on other jobs permitted. Having started work I was kept fully informed of progress.

Highly competent efficient work

Excellent Work - Trusted Company
We were looking for a company to fit a dry ridge system on our roof, along with gutters, valleys, fascias and soffits. After some research we found A1 Bespoke. We are so delighted that we did. Mike answered my call straight away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He visited our property within a couple of days of my initial call to assess the job and then provided us with a very detailed quote. He kept in touch to let us know when the job would be started. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. We are over the moon with the whole job. We were happy to leave the team working on our roof whilst we went away on holiday. Mike, Will and Harry all did an excellent job. They also cleaned and brushed up each day before they left. Flat roof repair
The existing membrane on the flat roof of my extension was coming away from the wall, and I also had a ridge tile blown off in a storm. A1 Bespoke replaced the ridge tile immediately. I had to wait some time for the flat roof repair, but it was explained on booking that roof repairs were being delayed by the very wet weather. The edge of my flat roof was resealed with rubber. The job looks very neat. The workmen were very friendly and efficient, and explained everything I wanted to know. They cleared up very thoroughly. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

Extension Roof Tile Repairs
The service has been second to none. The quotation was provided on time in a clear and unambiguous way. They had to find tiles that are no longer manufactured from a reclamation yard which they managed very quickly. They even provided some extra tiles should any future broken tiles would need replacing. The work completed was excellent, the team were friendly and left the area completely free of any rubbish. Great job Mike and Team. Would recommend A1 Bespoke without hesitation.

Chimney stack work - replacement leadwork, repointing, brickwork sealant
Had been trying to get this work done since July 2023 but was let down by others either turning up to view the job, then being uncontactable, or not showing up as promised to view the job. Detailed quote from A1 Bespoke, all my questions answered before accepting quote. Bad weather delayed start but the company kept in touch and the work was soon completed when weather eased. Those who carried out the work provided information and explanations of what they had done and on any other findings, like state of television aerial attachments. Clean, tidy workmanship and good old-fashioned customer care.

Excellent!
The service provided by A1 was excellent from start to finish. Mike was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and was thorough in confirming all works we wanted doing. We had one chimney stack removed, another capped and a re-roof of our outrigger. We had previously had water leakage through all these routes and haven’t had a single further issue once finished despite heavy rain - a testament to their great work! The team are friendly, courteous, clean and keep you updated in a timely fashion. The finish on all works is excellent. Highly recommend!

Very professional and courteous service
Found A1 via Trusted Traders and having had trouble in even getting quotes Mike gave a very prompt and transparent estimate. Due to demand on A1's work at the time there was a bit of delay before starting but I was kept up to date on timelines. Work was undertaken very quickly and professionaly with information about the roof ridge and gutter work given during progression. The intial quote was adhered to and whilst it was only completed yesterday I am very happy with the outcomes.

Complete re-roof
Found A1 Bespoke from Which? Trusted Traders, initially to seal up an area where birds were digging out the mortar to gain entry. This was done quickly. It was apparent that all the mortar on the roof was loose and extensive scaffolding would be required. With tiles thinned through 50 years of frost damage we decided to have the complete roof retiled with modern breathable membrane. When work started and tiles were being removed it was apparent that timbers holding the facia and gutters were rotten and needed replacing. Michael Hall was there to advise what needed to be done but in no way did we feel pressurised. The work was extended to include new timbers, facias and gutters. The work done was first class and included building regs inspections by the local authority. We have had comments from neighbours how good it looks, and on our recommendation our son-in-law also had roof valley work done on their home. The materials were all high quality and the site operatives would not fit anything that was marked or chipped in any way, even though they were quite serviceable. Really impressed. On Michael's recommendation I had round deep line gutters fitted and these have been excellent in all the recent heavy rain. The oval shape seem to keep clear and channel water better than the previous square ones. The companies excellent reputation is deserved.

Great job
Had Mike re-board my loft and fit a new hatch an ladder. Mike came round to do the estimate and I immediately felt comfortable. He checked what I wanted and non of it was a problem, non of the hissing though teeth from some people. Soon as I gave the ok on the estimate was informed that as soon as there was a break in the nice weather where they couldn't do any roofing they would be round and exactly what happened. Happy to leave them with a set of keys whilst I was at work and each evening everywhere was left clean and tidy. We had an issue with one light and they have left me with a plug in one off their own back for the time being until the sparky is free

Rear roof replacement
Had my rear roof totally repaired and new tiles where appropriate, it had needed doing for a few years. Mike gave me a price that was fine and asked him to proceed. There were no problems and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I am in the process of selling my house, the buyers also had a full survey done and nothing was flagged up, which means I am able to proceed with the sale.
