Phoned to let me he was running 30 minutes late due to a traffic jam. He had to travel to me from an hour away. Cracked on and carried out initial repair work and stuck to his estimate. Polite, hard working and respectful of property surrounds to avoid damaging emerging bulbs with his ladder. Highly recommeded & booked in for some other work”

All work was carried out to a high standard and we are very happy with the work . William was polite and talk us through everything from start to finish With videos and photos from befor. , middle of the work And completion . We would highly recommend William , X Professional and helpful”
