Steve was very quick to call back after the first phone call and was here within 24hrs to fix the appliance. It was an integral fault that required a special part that he sought and returned within 24hours. He even called again 24hrs later to check all was well following a long wash cycle, that was not sensible to stick around and observe. Very happy with his quick and thorough response.
Lee came the next day. He identified the problem straight away, fixed it and even showed me what to do next time if the washer/dryer was blocked again. Would recommend Lee to anyone. Reliable, friendly and very efficient
My Washing Machine was not draining. I contacted the trader and told him the problem, he ordered the relevant parts. He came a week later to fit the parts, all well and good. However he did not test the WM afterwards to see if it drained as I had disconnected it I tested it in the evening by pouring a jug of water in the powder drawer and ran a spin cycle (all as the trader suggested to do). The WM did not drain the water out. Contacted trader, he said he would pop back to check. He asked me to pay for only the parts in the mean time. I paid him the full amount parts and labour because I am a trusting person. However we waited weeks for him, initially saying he would come at the weekend, but then stopped replying to messages. Never came I watched a couple of videos to see what the problem could be, then removed the flexi drain pipe at the back, it was blocked. I unblocked it, re-fitted and all good now. I would have happily paid extra for a him to fit a new drain pipe if only he had checked
Lee sourced and fitted replacement bearings for our AEG washing machine. He kept in touch throughout the process, working over the weekend to get the machine back to us within his quoted timeframe. Very happy.
Upfront about timings Upfront about costs Attended next day after initial inquiry, established what the problem was within 20 minutes, then returned within the week with the replacement part required (which he had to order) and finished the job on his return (which you don't pay for him coming back out, which I worried about). All in £95 for washing machine repair (£65 on the labour, £30 on the part). Can't say fairer than that. Thanks Lee, much appreciated. Paul

Friendly, quick obtaining parts and fitted on a Sunday. Was impressed as asked for videos and photos to ensure the right parts ordered. Would definitely recommend.
Lee is very professional. Lee went out of his way to source a product for me and gave great advice on what to choose. His work is excellent and great value. Always on time and kept in touch. I have no hesitation in recommending him and really pleased he did the work for us.
We had had a very poor experience with another trader. Lee was incredibly helpful and went beyond the call of duty to try to support us in putting things right and dealing with the malpractice we had experienced. Lee was very useful on the phone at first contact. Was able to come and fix oven within a few days which was very helpful. Fixed oven and is now working.

I have used AA Appliance on a number of occasions both at home and in my rental properties. Lee provides a highly professional repair service and he certainly knows his trade. His pricing structure is very reasonable and I have no hesitation to score him 5 out of 5. You won’t find a better tradesman to repair your appliance.
Great and honest specialist. when phones to book a repair of my Samsung fridge freezer, he gave us some advises to follow prior the repairs and it worked. the fridge wasn't cooling at all. He told us to try to defrost both and leave it off for 48h. it was enough and after this both fridge and freezer works ok with no cost of repair thank you
Lee was on time, notified me when he would be coming and notified me when he was leaving his last job and on his way. He was polite and fixed the hinge on our oven very efficiently and charged a very reasonable amount to cover his time. I would happily recommend him to friends and colleagues. Thank you.
