Lee was brilliant. Honest and hardworking. He was great with flexibility and followed through with everything he said.

I requested a quote on their website, they replied straight away and made an appointment for the next day. Lee arrived on the dot, had a look at the faulty cooker and gave a quote which I thought was very reasonable. He had the spare part in his van and repaired it on the spot. Absolutely fantastic! I would highly reccommend AA Appliances for their speed, expertise, and knowledge all at a great price.

Steve was very quick to call back after the first phone call and was here within 24hrs to fix the appliance. It was an integral fault that required a special part that he sought and returned within 24hours. He even called again 24hrs later to check all was well following a long wash cycle, that was not sensible to stick around and observe. Very happy with his quick and thorough response.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Lee came the next day. He identified the problem straight away, fixed it and even showed me what to do next time if the washer/dryer was blocked again. Would recommend Lee to anyone. Reliable, friendly and very efficient

My Washing Machine was not draining. I contacted the trader and told him the problem, he ordered the relevant parts. He came a week later to fit the parts, all well and good. However he did not test the WM afterwards to see if it drained as I had disconnected it I tested it in the evening by pouring a jug of water in the powder drawer and ran a spin cycle (all as the trader suggested to do). The WM did not drain the water out. Contacted trader, he said he would pop back to check. He asked me to pay for only the parts in the mean time. I paid him the full amount parts and labour because I am a trusting person. However we waited weeks for him, initially saying he would come at the weekend, but then stopped replying to messages. Never came I watched a couple of videos to see what the problem could be, then removed the flexi drain pipe at the back, it was blocked. I unblocked it, re-fitted and all good now. I would have happily paid extra for a him to fit a new drain pipe if only he had checked
